An expert in the field of mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Josh Kadish will teach new lawyers on this topic on January 26, 2017. His presentation is part of a series called “Young Litigators Forum 2017” sponsored by the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association. Some form of ADR is often required before a judge will hear a case at trial, and for many parties, reaching a resolution through ADR is the preferable way to resolve a case.
For a second year, Anne Koch is co-presenting a CLE on Business Transactions as part of the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund’s “Learning the Ropes” series, offered for new admittees and lawyers entering private practice in the state of Oregon. Learning the Ropes will be held November 8-10 in Portland. https://osbplf.org/cle-classes/2022-learning-the-ropes/
