David Bean provides mediation services in family law matters. He completed Confluence Center for Mediation & Training’s 40 hour mediation training in 2011 and fulfilled Multnomah County requirements to serve as an arbitrator in 2015. He has been steadily building his mediation practice and continuing his training ever since. He was approved by the court and served as a mediator in attorney assisted mediation as Multnomah County moved to e-filing.
Josh Kadish offered Mediation services for families. While actively practicing with Wyse Kadish, Josh mediated divorces, prenuptial agreements, will contests and family business disputes. He helped establish the Oregon Mediation Association in 1986 and served as a mediator for more than 30 years. He taught and wrote extensively about mediation and family law. He was awarded the Award for Excellence from the Oregon Mediation Association and the Oregon State Bar’s Sid Lezak award for excellence in dispute resolution. Prior to retiring Josh mentored David in family law mediation. With confidence and affection, Josh turned his family law mediation practice over to David.

Wyse Kadish partner David Bean volunteered through the Multnomah Bar Association’s YLS Service to the Public Committee to assemble winter care kits to be delivered to Blanchet House. Blanchet House is a local non-profit organization that provides food, clothing and housing to people living homeless in Portland.
Wyse Kadish attorneys and staff participated in the Multnomah Bar Association’s 19th Annual WinterSmash bowling event. The Winter Smash is a fundraiser for the Multnomah Bar Foundation and it’s Court Care, Court Support and Court Connect programs.
