Patrick Foran advocates for individuals and businesses by providing practical solutions with powerful results. Known for being determined, he develops creative, client-centered solutions as a counselor and litigator in the areas of condominium and homeowner association law, business litigation, family law, education law, and collection law.
Pat’s experience includes representing varied individual, nonprofit, and business clients in complex matters in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal court. He has also successfully argued on behalf of his clients before the Oregon Court of Appeals. Pat serves as legal counsel to many homeowner associations in Oregon and SW Washington assisting them in navigating the intricate practical and legal issues they encounter daily.
Outside the office, Pat enjoys spending time with his family and attending theatre productions in New York and at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. You might also see him at a Trailblazers game, at the Oregon coast, or in one of Portland’s fantastic restaurants. Before becoming a lawyer, he spent more than 15 years as a theatre director and teacher. That experience gives him flexibility and helps him walk in the shoes of his clients.
