Wyse Kadish is delighted to announce that three of our attorneys have been recognized by Oregon Super Lawyers for the 2021 List.
Amy Bilyeu was selected to the 2021 Oregon Super Lawyers list for excellence in the practice of Estate Planning and Probate. Previously Amy selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate for the years 2009-2013, and last year was selected as a Super Lawyer in the same area. She has been practicing law since 2001 and is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington. Amy’s practice emphasizes estate planning and administration for small and large taxable estates, as well as business succession planning, income and gift tax planning, charitable planning and estate planning for non-citizens.
Meagan Robbins was selected to the 2021 Oregon Super Lawyers Rising Stars for her outstanding work in the practice of Family Law. This is Meagan’s third consecutive year selected as a Rising Star (2019 – 2021). Meagan’s family law practice focuses on a variety of matters, primarily complex divorce, prenuptial agreements, mediation, and collaborative divorce. She also has extensive experience representing clients in divorce litigation, legal separations, dissolution of domestic partnerships, paternity actions, post-divorce modifications and other litigation including enforcement actions. Meagan’s cases regularly involve the valuation and division of business interests and real estate, along with other unique assets and traditional family wealth.
Maxine Tuan was also selected to the 2021 Oregon Super Lawyers Rising Stars for her work in the practice of Family Law. This is Maxine’s third consecutive year selected as a Rising Star (2019 – 2021). Maxine focuses her practice almost exclusively on a wide-range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, dissolution of domestic partnership, legal separation, uncontested adoption, paternity action, prenuptial agreement, and third-party custody cases. Family cases can be complicated – legally, financially, and emotionally. Throughout each case, Maxine ensures her clients are educated about the legal process and feel empowered to make difficult decisions about the important and intimate aspects of their lives, such as decisions related to co-parenting and financial well-being.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. We are proud to have a recipient as members of our firm, as the Super Lawyers distinction is awarded to no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in Oregon each year, and only 2.5 percent of Oregon lawyers are selected as Rising Stars.
Congratulations to Amy, Meagan and Maxine!
