Elaine has 35 years of experience in the legal field and has been a paralegal to Amy Bilyeu in the area of estate and trust administration for over 15 years. Elaine grew up in both Iowa and Oregon. She has an Associate’s degree in Agricultural Banking and Finance from Western Iowa Tech and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Banking and Finance from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. Elaine has two adult sons and lives in Wilsonville with her partner Ric. Elaine enjoys having a glass of wine, reading, taking long walks, playing golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
