Sarah always wants her clients to know that she cares about their matter and well-being. Establishing realistic expectations and staying keenly aware of the stress that legal proceedings can cause her clients are pillars of her approach.

As an attorney for the firm’s Family Law Practice, Sarah takes immense pride in maintaining an empathetic and transparent approach to law. The core of Sarah’s practice rests in identifying and navigating issues that afflict client dispute. Sarah deeply understands the emotional and mental toll these matters can bring and determines amicable resolutions that meet their goals relating to custody and financial matters. Sarah emphasizes the importance of post-judgment issues, ensuring her clients understand that plans may be able to be modified down the road due to life changes. Additionally, she is a strong advocate of open communication and encourages her clients to contact her directly on her cell phone during off business hours if there is an emergency pertaining to the legal matter.

Sarah collaborates with the firm’s community association practice, where she provides practical advice on all areas, excluding construction defect, that impact the community. Over the years Sarah has focused on the collection of unpaid homeowner assessments for communities and takes a practical approach in advising her clients in how much they should spend to recoup the money they are owed. Sarah has helped communities collect millions of dollars in delinquent dues throughout her career.

Balancing multiple issues at once is a critical trait that helps Sarah manage professional and personal matters. She advocates for well-being, mental health, and a healthy work-life balance. Sarah thoroughly enjoys collaborating with her exceptional team at the firm and understands that by instilling measures to maintain well-being and positivity, her team can reach their clients’ goals more efficiently.

When Sarah is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her sons and wife as well as walking, doing pilates, frequenting local eateries and breweries, exploring the natural beauty of Oregon with her labradoodle and family, and traveling.
